Competition FAQ
1. How does the prize pot work?
Every online order placed in the competition month counts as one ticket. The more total orders across the site, the bigger the prize pot grows.
2. Is it per order or per customer?
It’s per order. If you place three separate orders, you get three tickets.
3. What are the prizes?
The pot starts at £150 and increases as total orders go up. For example:

50+ orders: £450

100+ orders: £650

250+ orders: £1000

1000+ orders: £1500

4. Can I choose cash or print credit?
Yes. The winner decides between cash or an equivalent print credit with Inkwell.
5. What if I cancel or return my order?
Cancelled or refunded orders don’t count as tickets.
6. How is the winner picked?
One ticket is drawn at random from all valid orders at the end of the month.
7. When is the draw and how will I know if I won?
The draw takes place on the first week of the following month. We’ll announce the winner on our website and contact them directly by email.
8. Who can enter?
Anyone placing an online order through our website during the competition period, excluding Inkwell employees.
