1. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all areas within the United Kingdom. However, deliveries outside of mainland UK may incur additional charges.

2. Delivery Charges

•Mainland UK: Free delivery on all orders.
•Non-Mainland UK: Additional charges may apply. These charges will be communicated during the checkout process
 

3. Delivery Options & Timescales

•Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page.
•We do not offer deliveries on Sundays.
•Saturday deliveries may be available but could incur additional charges.
•Delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen issues such as vehicle breakdowns or adverse weather.
 

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

•Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
•We use APC and Palletways as our courier partners.
•You can track your delivery in real time and make arrangements to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor. However, please note that choosing this option is done at your own risk.
 

5. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

•If no one is available to receive your order, the courier will attempt one redelivery.
•If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to a local depot, and you will be responsible for arranging collection or redelivery.
•Requests for changes to delivery addresses or additional redelivery attempts may incur additional charges.
 

6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries

•Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
•If the item is visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery. Inform the courier and it will be returned to us.
•We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
 

7. Returns & Order Changes

•Returns: We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
•Order Changes: You may request changes to your order before dispatch, but once the item has been dispatched, no further changes can be made.
