Do you keep records of approvals?
Yes. We keep a copy of the approved proof and the approval time.
Read moreWhat does print ready actually mean?
It means the file is the correct size, correct order, includes bleed, uses suitable colour settings, and is presented in the correct format. If something’s missing, it isn’t print ready.
Read moreWhat happens if I approve artwork with a mistake?
Once it’s approved, we print what’s supplied. Approval means responsibility for content passes to you. Contact us as immediately as possible and we will see what stage your job is at but we cannot guarantee anything. Once approved files are often printed shortly afterwards.

Yes, but they must be exported as print-ready PDFs with bleed. Canva designs often need checking before print.

We can try to convert them, but they’re not designed for print. Expect layout changes and incorrect sizes. We cannot open powerpoint to make edits.
