A5 and A6 are common because they’re cost-effective and easy to handle. Bigger sizes stand out more but cost more to distribute.

130gsm or 170gsm silk is the most popular. Lighter for mass mailouts, heavier for premium handouts. Anything thats being posted; 300gsm is a postcard weight and less likely to get screwed up. We also recommend considering 300gsm and above if you are pushing them through letterboxes yourselves as it will save your fingers.
