How does turnaround time and cost scale with page count, paper type or finishing for saddle stitched booklets?

Turnaround is mainly affected by artwork approval or adding lamination. Page count and paper type barely change production time, but extra finishing always adds steps. Larger qtys will also add production time, it should be clearly stated on the dispatch timer.
