What if my order is delayed by the courier?

Once your order has left us, it’s in the hands of the courier — and while most deliveries run smoothly, delays can occasionally happen due to traffic, weather, or other issues outside anyone’s control.

We’ll always aim to dispatch your order on time, but we can’t take responsibility for delays once it’s in transit. If your job is time-sensitive, we recommend using a tracked or guaranteed service where possible.

That said, if something goes wrong, we won’t leave you hanging — we’ll help chase it up and support you however we can.
