How many pages can I have in a booklet?

Stapled booklets need a multiple of 4 pages up to about 40pp in our opinion. Perfect bound can go much higher, usually up to about 200 pages depending on paper weight. Perfect bound needs a minimum 2.5mm spine to have enough glue to hold the pages and cover.
