Postcards

These postcards are printed on 100% recycled, uncoated paper, giving them a natural matte feel that is easy to write on. Ideal for thank you cards, direct mail, inserts, appointment reminders, product cards, event promos or anything else that needs to be seen, held and remembered.

Every order has sustainability built in. Inkwell captures 0.56kg of carbon per tonne of paper used and plants 14m² of native UK woodland with the Woodland Trust for every 10,000 sheets of A4, 100gsm paper printed.

We don't use pure oil inks. Litho inks are often called “vegetable based”, but in reality they usually contain a combination of vegetable oil, mineral oil and pigments. The inks we use are vegan.

For shorter runs, we may print using dry toner, which reduces waste, is low energy and uses no petroleum distillates. We are also part of a recycling scheme, sending back used toner cartridges and parts to minimise landfill and maximise reuse of materials. Our toners are derived from organic rather than chemical polymers.

We work hard to keep waste as low as possible. All paper waste is baled and recycled through an ISO14001 accredited supplier, helping to eliminate print and paper waste going to landfill. All other waste is sent for sorting and recycling.
