What’s the maximum number of pages you can staple?

It depends on paper thickness, but around 64 pages on 130gsm is about the limit before it struggles to fold flat. We only quote up to 40pp online because beyond that we believe books spring open too much and suffer with creep. Creep is where the folded sheets,when nested together, push the inner ones out meaning you image gets closer and closer to the outer edge. It can also cause issues with strain on the cover causing it to burst (crack), this can be prevented by laminating but we’d rather you had an amazing book, not one that’s ok.
